First of all the delivery was amazing - within 3 days of ordering. Delivery was direct from Revain and 2 gentlemen carried this washing machine up 2 flights of stairs and placed it in my apartment door - which was also a Sunday delivery - really appreciate the service! Unboxing was very easy - I chose to cut open the box from the side rather than pull the car up and out of the box (too heavy for that). From delivery to my door, including setup, to actually washing the first load of clothes, it took less than 30 minutes! Again super easy! NO dents, NO damage, NO flaws and NO problems. The car was in perfect new condition and very well packaged! I did my laundry from 12pm to 10pm that day, lots and lots of downloads really checking! Now for the questions---1. Will it be plugged into the kitchen sink? Yes, that's right. (see photo)2. Does it have all the necessary accessories, including a sink adapter? Yes, that's right. First, a small silver plug is attached to the faucet, and then a simple reliable plug is placed on the silver plug (see photo)3. Are hot and cold water hoses included? Yes, that's right. (see photo)4. Is the control panel easy to read and use? Yes, that's right. (see photo)5. Could you also use it on the bathroom sink? YES you can.6. does it flow NO, it doesn't leak - just make sure your hoses are securely connected.7. is it noisy NO, it is not noisy at all and will NOT disturb your neighbors.8. Does it turn well? YES, it spins exceptionally well so you can just hang your clothes on hangers to dry overnight if you don't have a dryer!9. How long does it take for the laundry to be fully loaded? The start to finish time is 44 minutes for a full large download and around 14 to 25 minutes for quick smaller loads.10. How much does the washing machine weigh? The washing machine weighs 75 pounds.11. Are there handles to move? YES, there are grab bars on both sides of the washing machine. My unit didn't have wheels but it's not difficult to move it over linoleum, wood or whatever - carpeting might be a little tricky but with an extra hand no problem! (see photo) 12. How big is the washing machine? This is a high rack kitchen sink - for a good picture of the height and width (see photo) 13. How is the inner drum arranged? Stainless steel inner drum without central agitator (see photo).14. What does the lid of a washing machine look like? The lid closes gently and is "transparent", but turns a bit darker even after removing the protective cover during transport - you don't really "see" the laundry with hot water because the lid steams. - You can see them a little better with the cold water option.15. Can I open the lid and add more clothes at any time? YES you can.16. If I don't have a hot and cold water connection, can I use both? YES you can, just connect both hoses to the back of the washing machine as usual and disconnect if needed during washing. The machine will stop and give an error if the correct temperature hose is not connected (e.g. wash is hot but rinse is cold). During the pause, simply unplug the hose and press "Start" and the cycle ends. (see photo).17. Is there a manufacturer guarantee? YES there is.18. Is an instruction manual included? YES there is.19. How is the washing machine drained and is a drain hose included? YES, drain hose included. There is a long white plastic hose that connects to the bottom left edge as you face the washing machine - this hose runs up and down and into the sink and is more than long enough for a kitchen counter and/or bathroom counter (see photo) . Which socket do I need? A normal three-pin household socket works perfectly. (see photo) 21. Is the power cord included? YES, it's .22. How much can be washed in this washing machine? This is a big washing machine drum! I would NOT overcharge but this is more than enough for one or a small family. (see photo) 23. Can sheets and blankets be washed? Yes you can. A full size duvet, double duvet, Sherpa style duvet or thinner size duvet will do, but not a queen, queen or full duvet, however all sizes of sheets and pillowcases will! 24. Can I wash large towels in this washing machine? Yes you can. All towel sizes fit in this washing machine! 25. Can carpets be washed in this washing machine? Yes you can, but it depends on the size of the carpets. I was able to clean the bath mats (large sizes) in the hallway, as well as the toilet lid cover and the small bathroom exit mats. All my rugs are rubber backed and good quality, thick, from Bed, Bath and Beyond.26. Can liquid detergent be used? YES you can.27. Can washing powder be used? YES you can.28. Can you use fabric softener? YES you can.29. Is there a separate compartment for detergent? YES, but I have used the compartment and also put the detergent straight into the wash with no problems.30. Will I like this washing machine? YES YOU WILL! I am extremely pleased with this washing machine and after reading and reviewing literally every price point and portable washing machine from Revain to Home Depot to Lowes I'm confident I made the right choice and I'm sure you will too will do it too!
