4 stars so far because I've just started using it, but of all the biobead reactors I've tried, this is by far the best best the most manageable and easy to use put reactor. It came with many options other reactors didn't have, from rigid PVC tubing to vinyl tubing, and the inlet port could be rotated for better setup of your tank. This reactor comes with a bracket that can be used as a HOB reactor. I have 1 1/2 cups of Maxijet 1200 inverted cobalt biopellets, the design of this reactor keeps the biopellets tumbling and hanging so everything is fine, I will update the review in a month when my reactor arrived with a dry o-ring . Therefore, be sure to use petroleum jelly before closing the Easy/Open reactor lid. ********************************* *** * ************* ******** I've updated my review in a few months, both reactors are still working great for me and there are no leaks. This is definitely worth buying if you need a good reactor , don't waste money buying the other three brands of reactors initialed BM, AM and p150 if you plan to use a biopellet reactor
