Review on 🔥 Yomega Fireball High-Performance Transaxle Intermediary by Mike Starling

I ordered this yoyo in July 2020 for my son's birthday in August. He's been training with a cheaper yoyo for the past few months and was ready for a better yoyo to expand on some new tricks (I was pretty good when I was a kid - thanks Smothers Brothers). I packed the goods and waited for his birthday. He liked the yo-yo and it worked well for about 2 weeks and then he started having trouble getting it back out of his sleeping position; I always have him practice, especially new tricks, on the carpet so this yo-yo never gets damaged. When the performance started to drop, I decided to disassemble the yo-yo to check the gears, but I couldn't disassemble it (you just have to unscrew it to reveal the central components). I tried to contact Revain but was told I was SOL as it had been more than 30 days since purchase. I couldn't find any direct contact information to alert the seller to this issue, so I left a bad rating/feedback with no resolution. Our family does most of our shopping through Revain, with the exception of the weekly groceries, and we have a lot of problems with orders. This experience makes me hesitant to use Revain in the future if the item is a gift and is not opened/played with before "30 days" from the date of purchase.
