My 5 year old loves it! She went to a birthday party and played with one of these and she loved it so I ordered them. My 5 year old niece, 4 year old nephew, 10 year old cousin and 20 year old son love to play with yoyo!

Some people have mentioned that the yoyo can be difficult for some small children to control, but my 3 year old daughter still loves it and it keeps her away off looking for their 8 year old yoyo brothers so I'm very happy with it and would buy it again.

Order two so the kids don't fight over one. Thought it worked better than a regular yo-yo, but one of them only lasted a few minutes, refused to rewind and couldn't neatly cut the body to rewind and then reseal it without damaging it. Definitely cannot be used as a yo-yo. If my husband and I try we can probably get him to move about 6 inches. My almost 4 year old walks about 2-3. It's frustrating for all of us that we can't get him to move much. Maybe you need to wrap less tightly? If you're hoping for a yo-yo, it's not really going to work. you can pull it out
