This platform has helped us to gain insights into our competitors' activities, products & services portfolio as well their market share within specific industries or geographies - which were not available before with other platforms we used for competitor analysis (including proprietary ones). It's been easy so far using this toolkit-based solution from start up phase till now! The UI could be improved but overall I'm very satisfied of all functionalities offered thus making it easier than ever comparing against traditional tools like spreadsheets etc., even when you have limited resources at hand.
