I got tired of night lights taking up the whole bedside table so I decided I wanted wall lights instead. I was looking for something simple but classic and didn't want to mess with a hardware connection. I really wanted the on/off switch to be on the base of the light and not on the cord as I feel it would be cumbersome if it were on the cord. The articulating arm allows me to put it aside when I need less light, or turn it upside down to get more light. This bra meets all my requirements. My only concern is that since it's a solid metal shade, it might not be very bright, but it's actually very bright (depending on what lamp wattage you set, I used the appropriate LED wattage. 60w) . Installation was very easy and I really liked that they give you a very long cord but make it adjustable so you can easily shorten it without needing any special equipment. I'd suggest using actual drywall anchors if you're not attaching them to a stud, although the anchors provided are for masonry and won't work properly for drywall.
