Do not contact Casablanca for customer service.

This is the fifth Casablanca fan I have purchased. I thought the company had a good reputation for quality and support. This fan has a dimming function in the lighting set. That does not work. The light just goes on and off. The dimming function did not work when installed. Unfortunately I did not install the fan during the 120 day warranty period so the work is not covered under warranty. They want me to pay for a repair company to come and diagnose the problem. Apart from this error, the fan works normally. I didn't buy it through Revain. So next time I will look for another brand of fans.
