Feedback FUAMEY Indoor Cat Hammock Cat Perch Sleeping Bed Heavy Duty Strong Suction. Since we moved into our new home, my cats have been living mostly on the windowsill, so I decided to try one of these "cat hammocks". Overall it seemed to be of good quality, the bed part feels solid like at least one of my cats would hold it. My husband installed it and the cats refused to use it so it hung on the window for about a week before I tried to put it down. As soon as I put my hand on the bed, one of the suction cups jumped out the window. I figured my husband might not have fixed it properly so I removed all the suction cups and cleaned the window and suction cups again. I moved the hammock to a lower spot by the window, closer to the ledge where my cats like to hang out, and began to set up the hammock. Once again, one of the suction cups doesn't stay secure and just slides across the window. I thought the screw mechanism on the suction cups would allow them to stick, but apparently not. I went to google and youtube to try and find a solution on how to make the suction cup stick. I tried different methods and none worked. I decided to just leave a suction cup where it was "taped" on the window (if I even touched it, it would fall off) and see if cats would use it. They were completely disinterested in him and instead continued to sit around him on the windowsill. After watching them do anything but use it for a few days, I decided to just delete everything. At this point all of the suction cups popped out the window with minimal effort and I'm glad my cats didn't care as they would likely fall over. My husband even tried reinstalling it after I gave up but had no luck. Apparently some other reviewers liked this hammock and worked great for them and some of them have run into similar situations to mine. In general, it seems that the quality of suction cups can vary wildly across the board. I hate giving it such a low rating but I've spent so much time getting this hammock to work with no use that I'm so frustrated that I never want to see one of them again. I am very concerned that none of the suction cups will work well enough and eventually one of my cats will fall off.
