Review on Ultimate Water Purification: CuZn UC 200 Under Counter Filter by Philip Anderson

We have a single handle kitchen faucet and wanted to filter both hot and cold water so I bought 2 uc-200's. The cold install went great but the side atomizer kinda blocked the hot one until I used the atomizer. Unfortunately, I didn't even consider using a sprayer until I'd swapped hot and cold water filters, struggled with check valves that wouldn't always close, and spent more time than I liked with my head under the sink. I have emailed. CuZn supports the suggestion that their already good instructions could be improved by adding a diagnostic tip that can reduce low flow with an atomizer. In this age of lousy support, I've put it out there. I didn't expect an answer. Imagine my surprise when I checked my email the next evening and found a reply containing their updated instructions including my offer, a nice private message and a small goodwill refund. CuZn is a first class product. I am all the more impressed that the uc-200 is the best in its class, has almost no effect on water consumption once installed correctly and our water tastes great. I never wished I could give more than 5 stars before, but I would give this purchase 10 stars if I could.
