I like that it's easy to set up. It has all the functionality you need to train employees on any type of subject matter. The platform is very intuitive, and it's super easy to customize to your needs. The customer support team is very responsive and helpful. There really isn't anything I dislike about this program. It's great for training new employees as well as experienced employees who have been in the field for awhile but want more training. It helps keep everyone up-to-date on changes in their industry.
