That's what these 4 connectors do for me. They plug into a USB-C port and rotate 90 degrees (right or left, since USB-C can be rotated). They're small but powerful, taking the full load of 100W of power distribution as well as 10Gb/s data transfer if every connected device with the right cable is capable of performing at that level. I like that they're USB-C 3.1 Gen 2 compatible, so these little right-angle ports do whatever I need to do, depending on the host. The black USB-C to P.2 cable is mine and not included.
