Review on NOVA3D 3D Printer Resin 405Nm LCD Rapid Resin Standard Photopolymer Resin For LCD 3D Printing Black 500Ml by Marco Cervantes

I have always used FDM printers in the past. Monoprice Mini, Creality Ender 3 pro and even one I built myself. So when Creality announced their new LD-002R with a fan system to help print resin vapors, I decided to give it a try. I've heard of Nova3D before. and also looked at their resin printers and came across their own brand of resin. I noticed that it has a slight odor. and the price was too good to pass up, so I bought a 1 liter gray bottle. After finally receiving the parts to assemble my curing station, I 3D printed the model I bought online. I followed some pole settings I found on YouTube and used the preset settings in CHITUBOX 64 for the Creality LD-002R. It took about 13 hours to print the figure because I made it as big as my desktop would allow and hollowed it out. My lighting isn't the best for photography, but this print came out really well. It looks like a die cast. I just need to work on the post cure time and work out the best holes in the print for ventilation and resin removal where it's hollow. but this resin worked great for my first print. Can't wait to try some of their other paints and the new wax resin they offer in the future.
