guys you need to know that. I bought a set and only used it tonight. You are terrible. You can't tighten the strap tight enough and if you step on it, you'll turn sideways. And I twisted them in as I tightened the strap. I will never use them again. I wouldn't give them away. This can cut the strap and cause you to fall.
