I first bought these grill combs for my own kitchen. The first thing I grilled was marinated chicken breast, cut into skewer-sized pieces. Without exaggerating, the result is the moistest white meat I've ever cooked. I've since used them with beef and shrimp with the same great results. They're much easier to "thread" than regular skewers and tines because they get so hot on the grill and cook the food on the inside without overcooking the outside. This last order of three sets of combs was bought as a Lake House gift for a friend. Highly recommended.
