When I first saw them I thought they contained very little nutrition. However, I was able to fit a full serving of veggies into a comb. Haven't tried them with meat yet but I'm sure they last longer than I think.

A few years ago my husband received a set of these combs as a gift. He liked them so much I went back to buy him another set. We mainly use them for shrimp/grilled shrimp. Being able to put one on top of multiple teeth makes them flat and stable. With a regular skewer, the shrimp might turn or only some of them would turn and not cook evenly. The comb allows you to flip food while maintaining direction. No more twisting, both sides are cooked perfectly. It could fit 5 medium sized shrimp on one
