Impressed that the original cap was still on at 128,000 miles and didn't show much wear but a lot of corrosion. So I have high hopes for these. I don't know how they managed to control wear so well, but apparently they did. Honda does this by making the button 4 inches long and it wears out under spring pressure but this thing doesn't do anything but it doesn't really seem to wear out either. I would be wary of the aftermarket because if they didn't make the knob out of the same material as the air conditioner, it would wear out quickly.
