The shoes were too big, changed to a smaller size
I have other Ecco shoes and have always ordered shoes in size 47 without problems, however the slippers at ecco 47 are too big for us (the first pairs of slippers) - Exchanged for a 46 and they are perfect...maybe you want to go down a size when ordering slippers.
