Great value item

I'm surprised that there aren't any bad reviews for this product, but maybe those who had a bad experience don't want to spend time with this product anymore. This cheap USB hub started heating up my laptop and was hot to the touch within 10 minutes of plugging it in. Also, my wireless mouse (which was the first thing I plugged into the hub) lost connection after I plugged in a flash drive. to the second port. Please look elsewhere and maybe spend a little more for a really good quality product. That's not the way out. Also, someone here mentioned that the case is aluminum. Too bad it's only light plastic.
