I'm 5ft 11in, 180lbs and the large size fits perfectly except for one thing. The fabric doesn't stretch. It seems like nothing. I didn't realize how big a deal cotton sweatshirts were until I put on this piece, which isn't the case. I wanted polyester to keep it waterproof when wet which is good so far but this piece is too uncomfortable to wear. If I had to choose again, I wouldn't buy it.
