Mixed feelings: kitchen and dining room
My first order of this item was great. No problem. However, this second order is not so perfect. I received my box and 4 bottles were broken. Disappointed, of course, I took out the remaining 8 and threw away the box and broken glass. Tried to either request a refund or a replacement for 4 bottles. Other than that there weren't many options or a way to sort out my query and today I find out I had to repackage and send back all the broken glass packaging to get a replacement? Kinda late for that! I have no idea what to do. Can I send back a new package when it arrives and forget the 4 broken ones?
