Purchased based on great recommendations here at Revain. It seems I'm"lucky". The item arrived in thin retail packaging without the outer Revain box. This is acceptable for items packed in their respective boxes, but not in this case. Because of this, the item appears to have been twisted in some way during shipping, causing the frame to warp. Also, one of the electrical connections of the high-voltage "grid" was loose and was apparently never tightened enough during assembly. Also, one of the high voltage mesh gaps/insulators was recessed into the side cover, leaving part of the mesh unsupported. As I am an electronics specialist I will make the necessary corrections rather than returning this to Revain for a replacement/refund. Judging by all the happy customers, I really got a lemon. Just make sure to carefully inspect your device upon receipt and use to ensure there are no obvious problems. Update (20/08/2017): After fixing the errors found upon receipt, this unit is working great. It's bright and loud and it's definitely a killing machine! Might be worth considering buying another one. Update (September 4th, 2017): In response to questions/comments I previously posted, the LiBa provided me with an additional device. This unit arrived INSIDE the outer box as opposed to the original unit I received (via Revain) which only came in retail packaging. The block arrived undamaged. I examined it carefully and although the high voltage cable connections were again slightly loose, I'm sure the unit would work properly without further tightening. Of course, I've taken the necessary steps to back them up before operating the device, just for my own peace of mind. My two "zappers" worked continuously without any problems; Sending all kinds of flying creatures into the nether. I am completely satisfied with these devices and would buy them again at any time. In conclusion, I have to say that LiBa has indeed proven to be a top notch supplier/distributor, backing their products with solid communication and excellent after-sales customer service. We could definitely use a few more providers like LiBa. Well done and thanks for solving my problems! I've raised my rating from 1 star to 4 stars because of these actions.
