The ease in which you can extract information from your computer, whether it is an old hard drive or new laptop/computer system that may have been damaged by water! It works with most file systems including NTFS without any problems at all (even if they are encrypted).

I highly recommend this product as not only does everything work flawlessly but also provides great customer service when something goes wrong like happened once during testing where we had some data loss issues due to errors within their software. This was resolved immediately upon contact via email so there were no delays for us nor them while fixing things up - very professional indeed!! Easy setup process too because nothing needs set-up unlike other products out here such as Carbonite etc., just plug & play :) No complaints whatsoever about anything really apart form being able to see what files each folder contains even though its hidden folders cannot be seen unless disabled using Folder Options window option under View tab located next door ;) But thats minor issue compared tot he.
