Failed to load media. I bought one of these to test before buying a few. I will use them to attach mud/snow tire chains. These binders are very good. I was surprised to see some bad reviews. I feel like they are complaining about a product they don't know how to use. I hope the video helps others see how to set it up. The main arm cam is cast iron and the hooks appear to be hardened steel. If you're using them to tie snow chains, I suggest tying the lever in the closed position (I would suggest this with any brand), but no other precautions for static loads are needed.
