Ideal temperature and vibration for the face.
I wanted this massager mainly for the face and it turned out to be perfect, there is only one vibration setting but it is the perfect vibration for what I wanted, the four lightbulbs on the head heat it up, that is it like infrared LEDs, but I'm not sure if that's the case. 1 temperature, which is the right heat. I use a plastic head without covers, it's very smooth, I find the rubber heads to be too hard although they are great for massaging the scalp.
