I started using these nuts and caps. There's nothing to rust with the Joni brass bolts, sold separately. The lids are high enough that no cabinet screws need to be cut. The caps fit snugly over the nuts and are easy to remove. The nuts hold the toilet securely without the use of tools or the risk of breaking the toilet floor or damaging the toilet flange from over tightening. They're more than double the price of Revains compared to buying direct from American Standard, but if you're not comfortable, buy more than a few Revains.
