Broke after 2 uses. The needle fell out, got lost in the yard.
While the product is not suitable for easily nailing a bulb to a tree, I would rate it low, but the company's customer service was above average. Told them the needle fell out, couldn't find it in the yard where I was working to reassemble the stapler, the customer service team was just in time for it. I appreciate your attention to me the buyer and will certainly buy from your company again.
