Doesn't fit my dog

Although the dog carrier is well made, it doesn't fit my dog. I ordered a large for my 12lb Snorky Terrier, it doesn't look large on her. There's no easy way to get her in, and there's no support on the narrow floor for her to place her feet comfortably. When I tried to throw it over my shoulder with her, all her weight and legs fell in the middle. And I would say I would be uncomfortable too. Maybe for a small dog, a toy breed, that would be fine. I will have to keep looking for another type of carrier for me and my dog.
