As a runner, it's important for me to massage my muscles after a long-distance run. Rather than schedule a lengthy massage, I have found the Beurer massage gun to be quick and easy to use, which allows my muscles to recover faster and faster after a long run. The MG 180 comes with 6 attachments that allow me to use it on my pressure points like iliotibial bands, quads, calves, lower back and shoulders. I can even adjust the speed to one of 4 settings to apply more or less intensity depending on how sensitive or sore my muscles are after a run. I have experienced faster muscle recovery times since using this product and having it in my house at all times. I highly recommend this product.
