This is a standard docking station with USB 3.0 or USB-C ports that has two 2k HDMI ports, 4 2.0 ports and 2 USB-A 3.0 ports and 3.5 Add features . When connecting a USB-C or A host, the scanner/printer port B is used to connect to the docking station. The HDMI ports can each operate at 2k resolution, and even 2.0 ports ensure virtually lag-free data transfer to the host device. The driver is actually DisplayLink and really enhances the internal firmware. Unfortunately, the docking station that I received has latency and audio dropouts issues that can be played back on various devices and connections that I have received an RMA for. I think this is a single module issue and not a broader one as it is the least resource intensive of the active ports. Another downside is that both the power cord and the scanner connection cable (either A or C0 are only a meter long each so placement is actually a problem and I intend to run USB A/C to B through a 10ft replace cable). to give the dock much more freedom of movement.
