IDK who was the idiot who pushed the green spout idea on the new gas cans but in the future they shouldn't be allowed to make choices, have children or vote ! Why anyone would want to slow down the pace of filling up with gas is beyond me. Perhaps the original equipment was too complex for them. For some reason he was extremely bad. I have ordered replacements for some of the old glasses and disposed of the new safety spouts. In the kit I received the nozzles, connector rings and caps work very well. Yellow hats are not as good as black hats. The rubber seal on the nose started leaking the second time around. The sealing ring increases when gasoline gets on it. Poor quality trying to prevent spills. The rubber seal got to the point where it wouldn't stay on the spout when trying to install it on a gas cylinder. In fact, I was concerned that the rubber would melt and contaminate the gasoline and destroy the equipment it was designed for. I really wanted this to work, but it's not for me. If all you need is caps or a spout, then go for it. If you want the whole package I suggest you look elsewhere. Excuse me
