Perfect no-stick! - my new review
Baking gluten-free and paleo is not easy and horrific when it comes to sticking to pans. This bake-ware has made it so much easier. The pan, by itself, seems a bit flimsy, but the cake did, indeed, hold up and hold its shape.
Pros
- Great pans, totally non stick. The bundt cakes turn out beautiful!
Cons
- Could be a little challenging to transport desserts in the mold
