Review on Black Power Strip Surge Protector with USB Ports and Flat Plug, Enhanced Overload Surge Protection by Dennis Reed

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Pretty good surge protector, has mounting holes so you can hang it on the wall or under the table.

Definitely a must have if you want a decent surge protector with multiple plugs and EIGHT USB charging ports. The first thing that strikes me about this product is that it doesn't have a lot of room for power supplies. So if you have a huge power supply that you want to plug in, I would advise against buying one as there isn't a lot of space to plug it in. At the same time, it can work with six connected devices at the same time. and protects your devices in case of overload. It's a good length from the actual device, which is nice. You don't have to worry about it being too short. What's nice is that there are holes through which you can easily screw this surge protector to a wall or the underside of a table. It is great for hiding cables. This is a great surge protector if you have a lot of USB powered devices. I have things like a fire stick and an HDMI splitter. The unfortunate part is that he can't power the fire stick. It doesn't have the same performance as the Firestick power adapter. However, it can power almost anything from a Chromecast to a phone charger. Unfortunately, it doesn't support fast loading, but it still delivers decent loading times. I had no trouble charging my iPads or using all of the USB ports. Everything loaded the same. With this surge protector, you don't have to hunt for extra USB ports to connect. It also simplifies cable management. You don't have random USB cables trying to connect to random places or even a USB hub. It can power up to six devices, making it perfect for your TV or computer, and with eight USB ports, it's perfect for all your small electronics. It can easily power my NES Classic and Raspberry Pi. I would normally use this to set up my TV as there are a few things that require power and it gets things done quickly. It's nice that I can easily attach it to the wall so that it hides well behind the TV. The overall design is nice, but there's definitely not a lot of room for devices with power adapter plugs on the end. They take up more than three squares, also depending on the size of the brick. The plugs inside are very well thought out so you don't have to worry about a cord being easily pulled out. USB ports are not designed for fast charging. So if you intend to use them to charge tablets and phones, be aware. At the same time, it has enough power to easily carry a fire staff. It doesn't produce too much food, but keep it outdoors if possible. In general, this is a good surge protector. You get a TON of ports and USB ports so you don't have to worry about running out of ports. Be careful not to overload the surge protector and I think it's a great device.
