I have never used an Adam's product and this wax remover got the best reviews. It removes wax and is very good at removing bugs and other residue from paint. I use this every few months to clean up the paint and prep it for a clay bar and a fresh coat of wax. Always leaves a nice clean surface. The only gripe I have is that the lather is a bit weaker, but that doesn't matter, it's not a conditioner so it doesn't really matter. I can't smell it either! The smell is good but I can't figure out what it is! All in all, this is a great paint cleaner that does a great job.
