Review on ITS, Inc. by David Batte

I like that it is easy to configure for our needs without spending too much time doing so. It also has good documentation online which makes it very user friendly. There are some features or functions not included but can be added easily with some customization work. The pricing structure seems higher than other solutions out there. We were looking at this solution because we had been using older SANs (NetApp/HDS) where configuration was more complicated and expensive. This product allowed us to reduce costs by about 50% while maintaining performance levels.
