If this rating was based solely on customer service, it would be a 5.0, but there are some quality issues. We originally ordered this collar with the crown gemstone but received the heart. It was beautiful, but not what we wanted. I reached out to the seller and they very quickly responded and got the crown jewel sent out. I'm glad we did, having that extra jewel helps all the letters stay on place better. However, the crown varies a bit from the one pictured. Overall, though, it's cute and customer service makes it to where I'd buy from this company again.As far as the quality, the pink is already rubbing off of the collar. This is from our dog scratching or just playing and is understandable after a long period of time, but this collar is only a couple of months old. We don't use the collar with a leash since we use a harness for our dog instead and I'd be worried regular leash usage would break down the collar quicker. Overall, I'd probably buy this again, but would know it's not something that will last long term.
