Not good for medium sized dogs

This collar is made of soft leather and the quality is very good. Only problem is that it is tight for a medium sized dog. My dog is 30 lbs. and a terrier/pug mix and even with the collar on the very last hole, it is a little tight for her. Other than that, the collar is very well made, soft and flexible. I would not be hesitant to order from this company if I had a smaller dog. This is not the type of collar for a chihuahua but would be fine for a small dog.

Great customer service

If this rating was based solely on customer service, it would be a 5.0, but there are some quality issues. We originally ordered this collar with the crown gemstone but received the heart. It was beautiful, but not what we wanted. I reached out to the seller and they very quickly responded and got the crown jewel sent out. I'm glad we did, having that extra jewel helps all the letters stay on place better. However, the crown varies a bit from the one pictured. Overall, though, it's cute and…

Tighten the screws! Otherwise great.

We love this little collar. So cute and blingy for my little 8 pound shorkie. We've had it about a month now and it held up until one of the brad screw things fell off yesterday. Luckily we found it quickly, my husband reattached it and put some locktite on both screws and tightened them. If I had read the reviews more closely before, we would have done that right away.The collar is a tad thick since the piece with the letters sits on top of the actual collar but it doesn't seem to bother her…

Make sure the screws are tight.

I used it for my pug and one of the screws came off and now I'm unable to find it and I need a replacement screw. The personalized name letters may become illegible over time.

Does what it’s supposed to do!

I purchased 5 letters and the bone. The collar may not be suitable for use in water or rainy weather. The bone doesn’t fit. The collar is very nice and durable worth the money.

Perfect, at first. good for me

Had this less than a year and she only wears it when we walk her. The letters band kept coming unscrewed. Now it broke completely and letters are lost. Pretty at first but sadly won't last.

Such a cute collar! Ordered this for my spoiled girl and I love it. Definitely recommend taking the correct measurements ordered the s and it was just slightly big. Thank goodness it was able to stay on in the last hole. Definitely recommend and I have had it for a few months and no gems have fallen out!

I am so pleased with the collar we received for our Furry Daughter. We received it and due to her long name the crown would not fit so they sent it anyways. We connected it ti where the tags would be and it hands beautifully. We love it so much. Thank you. 😀

Love them got 3 in my review

I love the style all. Got 3 at one time different dogs names of course. Buy one of the names didn't come so I messaged them and it was sent out the next day they are great. Rakes a bit to come but it's worth the wait.

I liked the collar but did not like that I had to set up the name on the collar. I thought name would already be attached to collar since had to wait like a month to receive collar. Other that that collar was nice.

Surprisingly good for my opinion

When it first arrived, I really was about to send it back because it looked cheap. I was definitely wrong. I have 2 rottie puppies and its having zero issues with them puppy fighting.
