The tool has allowed us to easily build interactive surveys for our customers, which gives them an opportunity to give feedback directly from their device or tablet without having to download any additional software.

I would like to have more survey formats included in the service such as branching functionality, multiple choice options etc., but this is not available at present time so we are limited to using only text input fields. We use slido for all our customer feedback collection needs, including end user satisfaction surveys, market research studies and event participant engagement/feedback.
