The integration with other tools like Mail Chimp allows you to send out emails in bulk without having an account or going through each email individually which saves time! I wish it had more options when sending mass messages as there are some times that we have found ourselves unable get something sent from our platform into another tool (like Salesforce). It has saved us so much work by being able solve issues before they happen but also allowing people who don't use any of those products well enough could still be set up quickly via training videos if needed - saving money & increasing productivity at all levels within my organisation.- Integrates seamlessly between various platforms including HubSpot CRM/SalesForce Marketing Cloud / Gmail etc.
