I love that you can create dashboards with your own data or pull in other sources to aggregate into one dashboard! You could also do more complex calculations if needed but it's easy enough using some Excel formulas as well (if necessary). It is not very user friendly when creating reports outside of Dashboard Designer - there are too many steps required which slows down process significantly compared to competitor products like Tableau Public/Business Intelligence Platforms where everything happens within few clicks once saved report template has been created. We use this product mostly internally so we don't need reporting features such as cross-selling opportunities by SKU etc., however these may be useful additions depending upon business requirements/needs. Our main focus was getting quick insight about our sales performance across top 3 markets through different channels i e online store / marketplace website + mobile app stores vs direct.
