Accurate Temperature Readings

Before using this thermometer I tested it at room temperature to make sure it was accurate. After testing, I found it very accurate compared to many other thermometers. I have used this product to cook burgers and steaks and it has been perfect every time. My goal was "average" for steaks and the thermometer read it right! Super easy to use product and the wireless transmitter works well too.
