Stake holes did not line up "perfectly" which is why it gets a star knocked off. Great product, suppose you could trim the holes to fit if you used them. I have a TonnoPro over mine so for me no problem, actually should probably have purchased the model without the stake holes. But, if you were looking for the holes to line up perfectly you will most likely need to trim these a bit. Good quality, thick plastic, easy to install if you follow directions. Great buy.
