Others have reported problems with the pump and filling the tank. But for us it was a stroke of luck. We have a home that is in need of an expensive drain repair, so the basement was experiencing a difficult water leak. But not since we got that desiccant. It has worked flawlessly so far (I speak with concern when it started raining heavily again) and is having a major impact on my finished basement. I will update as the season progresses. Well, my rating has changed. It didn't work at all yesterday. The indicators on the control panel do not light up (yes, it was plugged into a working outlet). 3 weeks, more or less, and it went from good to nothing. I sent it back.
