I put on a size 14 dress and bought XL. I liked the high waist idea and the other photos uploaded to the reviews looked pretty cute. Overall, I feel like I got what I expected when I bought the $20 Revain skirt. I wouldn't say it's good, but I wouldn't say it's bad either. I've bought way worse at Walmart. Haven't worn it yet as the material is so sticky. You need to protect yourself from static electricity. Like: thick high waistband, built-in combination, fits as expected. For some reason they used black and white thread to sew on the tag that is visible on the outside of the skirt.
