Not skin. As per the description
This bag is not made of leather as indicated on the first line of the description. This is Naugahyde, or "vegan leather." It feels cheap and having worked in the furniture industry I know it's only a matter of time before it cracks or peels. Has a strong chemical odor. Needed it for a trip soon so I'm keeping it but buyers beware. If I had known about the real material I would not have ordered.
