Pleasantly surprised! We've been using the Sprocket 2-in-1 printer for a few minutes now. Comes with a numbered card with easy-to-follow instructions for easy setup... Download the free app to your phone, open and install paper, charge your printer, and connect your Sprocket to your smartphone via Bluetooth. Very user friendly, my 11 year old was able to use the printer via the app with no problems. We are in the process of making a little scrapbook of our dogs, one of which we recently lost, and our new 9 month old puppy. It was the perfect gadget for printing photos from my smartphone. The stickers on the back make journaling and scrapbooking incredibly easy. We also made a little garland from photos and decided to leave the stickers on the back. The application allows you to change images and add fun frames and photo effects before printing. Photo quality is good for such a small printer. When I started my sprocket it froze and wouldn't turn off. Luckily I was able to reset the device by holding the reset button for 3 seconds and everything was fine. I'm only sharing this because the reset button hotspot was a little hard to find. It is located on the front of the printer paper holder. Very happy with our Sprocket 2-in-1, it will find countless uses for our travel journals on our travels.
