As the title suggests, memory failure for 10 months. After contacting the company to replace the failed device, the company keeps redirecting me or ignores all replies. I contacted the company, they redirected me to the RMA page to fill out the form. I filled out the form and then received an email confirming that I filled out the form correctly and that I will receive a response within 72 hours regarding the next steps. 88 hours later I still hadn't received a reply, so I emailed them again. Instead of fixing the problem they asked for a copy of the confirmation email I received. I sent them this and they didn't reply. I sent another email and they still haven't responded. It's just bad customer service. Very disappointing.
