I didn't know what to expect when I bought this since I never used anything like it before, but I was desperate since my drain pipe was stopped up for 5 days and the wife was having a meltdown. I decided to try it and after installing the software I ran it up in the 4" drain pipe for about 12' and then I saw my issue as plain as day. after seeing the problem I promptly came up with a solution.
