I installed a Samsung Smart TV for my elderly relatives. What I love about this remote is the lack of a menu button. Therefore, you can not accidentally get into applications and all the intricacies of setting color levels, etc. This was my biggest problem as I spent a lot of money to get the service to use accurate equipment to calibrate the TV. I kept the original remote and gave them this. Another review states that it has an "Enter" button but cannot make a selection. On my TV it's half true. You can switch between "inputs" and then stop at the one you want to select. After a few seconds, the one you stopped at will be automatically selected. It's a little annoying, but it works on my Samsung. Disclaimer: I also have a soundbar and a Roku. So I only use the enter and power buttons on this remote to control my TV.
