Review on πŸ—„οΈ ClosetMaid 8929 Stackable 15-Unit Organizer in Espresso - Optimize Your Storage Space by Stephen Pendergrass

Tiny, rough edges swell when water is even 10 feet away from them.

First the dimensions in the ad. I'll give you this, but it's tiny. The holes in the bracket are too small. I've used it to sit on the counter and use it as a shelf for small items in my shop, but it's made to store shoes. I don't understand how anything larger than a women's size 8 can fit in these tiny holes. In addition, the edges of the boards remain raw! Why? You might think that this is also a laminated board, but it isn't. It's colored and it's a very thin layer. If water is even in the same room as this thing, it will swell and become unusable. I threw this thing in the trash can and built one out of 12" wide shelves like Lowe's for 3 boards $13 each, cut 6" cubes and I made one that will last a lifetime for about the same price as this one. This item is unserviceable and should be recalled and destroyed. I'd rather have it made out of plastic than that cheap MDF board. I hate MDF boards, they should stop making them, I don't know if they made anything useful out of it.
