Read the fine print! The plate on my iron has now burned from stainless steel to a dirty brown!
Be careful buyer, this shoe is not designed for ironing over 360 degrees. I've never thought about my hardware like that before, I don't even know how to measure the temperature. As the iron heated up, the boot began to gurgle and smell horribly. I ripped it off and saw dark brown stains on my almost new Rowenta iron. :( The shoes also warped a lot. Good thing the clothes weren't damaged. Message to supplier: If your item may melt and deform due to high temperatures, please write a message in a larger font! This is an iron product !
